How
to Avoid 11 Huge Mistakes
We strive to make the purchase
of a Senior Portrait Package easy. As you may have already
discovered, not all photographers make figuring out what you are
going to pay an easy task. We do.
It’s simple: Choose one of our Senior Portrait
Packages, and everything is included in the price. If you
want more photos later, move up to the next package, or buy additional
photos separately, whichever suits your needs.
Are there any extra charges? Yes, but only
if you want something extra, such as special retouching to
remove braces or a tattoo (normal light retouching of blemishes
is included in our packages). Please note that your proofs are not
retouched. This is done for the final prints. We also have a modest
additional fee for shooting your Senior Portrait at a location other
than our studio...but it is worth it for the person that wants
a special location.
For most people it is simply a matter of choosing
a package that suits them. No surprises, no need to add up all the
pieces parts, no hidden fees. Call 970-330-910
to set up your appointment today. We also suggest that you take
a look at the Portrait
Advice Page for useful tips.

Framing
Matting and framing is available for portraits
of all size. Because matting and framing are custom services, please
enquire about prices. We can obtain just the right mat and frame
to meet your needs.
Heavier Retouching
Normal, light, retouching of blemishes is included
in our package prices for final prints (not proofs). Yet, you want
to be remembered in the best possible light. You may just want stray
hairs removed or glare in your glasses eliminated. What if you want
to have your braces removed? What if that tattoo or piercing is
not something you want in the photos for your grandparents or for
the yearbook?
Yep, we can take care of most anything, for an
additional charge per pose. Well worth the price for immortality.
Moderate Retouching,
such as glare in glasses, stray hairs, whitening of teeth and softening
of tan lines can be done for an additional charge of $25 per pose.
Heavy Retouching,
such as removal of a tattoo, removal of small scars and removal
of piercings can be accomplished for an additional charge of $50
per pose. (Please note that we can include moderate retouching needs
as a part of this charge.)
So, How Long Does it Take?
Your proofs should be ready for viewing about
one week after your photo session. Please note that your proofs
are not retouched. Your final photos will include normal (blemish)
retouching as well as any additional retouching you choose.
Once you have chosen your poses, it takes approximately
another three weeks for your final prints.
We cannot always guarantee a minimum number of
proofs due to factors such as blinking, technical problems, unattractive
facial expressions, etc. We simply will not show you photos that
you, and we, cannot be proud of.
